  1. That's a common misconception about military equipment, both NATO and soviet block one. It ISN'T hard to learn to operate. Because all those systems were designed WITH EXPORTS in mind(it's the only way to significantly cut costs on production by increasing the scale and hoping for some return on investments). And main clients WON'T be english or russian speakers. So as intimidating those cockpits and control systems look, they're designed with 1)foreigners, who don't speak the same language as original manufacturer; 2)to be handled by absolute morons in the army\/(-_-)\/ So there is no miracle that half a a year into the second active phase of this war, Ukraine has operators for the system.
