  1. ​ @unclelep482 there are multiple cases where emergency operators don't send help when a child calls because they think that it's a prank or mistake. As a result young pre-school children basically need to find another adult to make a call because otherwise their call would be ignored and they'll be left there sitting beside their dying parent, waiting for promised help to come.
