@4ngelo_ I remember Chernobyl as I live in Belarus and was born in USSR. If your excuse to ban some tech is "humans are stupid and wars happen", then go back to your Middle Ages, dear luddite. Spoiler alert: you will find a use for wind power there, but you won't be producing electricity.
