Population accepted the trash sorting in short order, been doing that for decade, but it all fell apart after 1)reports that it was all still going to landfill anyway as no recycling facility was build after a decade of diverting taxes; 2)2020 "reeducation" campaign for populace that saw people of all backgrounds, ages and genders being beaten, shot, tortured and that "somehow" resulted in abandonment of all those "trust in government" programs. It's as if there is a cautionary tale there...
