  2.  @yixianli4651  check the engine. Or the way turret is constructed. Might as well look into ire control system. Basically everything that makes ZTZ99 better then russian tanks was made using western tank school approach... or outright western components like engine. Result? Real tank instead of parading one like russian T-14.
