  1. Weird off topic question: What stopped British designers from developing AT rifle based on locally produced under license 15mm Brno/BESA round instead of Boys rifle? Was it only the budget constraints? Or maybe some ingrained prejudice against semi- and quarter automatic guns(because such powerful rounds had to have some sort of mechanism that will "eat up" part of recoil force to be safe to shooter).
