@bababooey1244 or you need something with BOTH high stopping power and less lethal then normal pistol. There is a certain type of gun that is used by big game hunters - stopping pistol/rifle. Use basically the same idea, but with low velocity(piston seal ammo?) rubber encased bullets. It would look like a small double/quad barrel pistol shotgun. Unload then switch to pistol if suspect still hadn't shitted their pants.
