  1. Elves are also limited in this as you can't completly "overgrow" settlements if I recall right. They'll still work for other factions even if to a VERY limited degree.

  2. "I think that dwarves are going to be a hard counter against elves" Well, it makes sense. Just as them being a nightmare of vampire counts in late stages of campaign. But are Brettonia and beastmen a counter to dwarves, who don't have cavalry, in return?
