The colloctive West are out preformed in weapons manufacturing, Russia 155mm shell are 7-1 in their favour, take years to catch up, which ukraine doesn't have on its side, they've got no men left, hence why Zelensky's Regime is grabbing men and kids off the streets to be sent to Bandera.
