  1.  @chrisjones7236  from d-day on it was a joint effort on the land, USA, Britain, Canada, free Poles. A bit of free French. If you include Italy, which I would, more Poles, Australians, New Zealanders, and Indians and french colonial units. If looking only at battles in The Netherlands, the first 4 are relevant, not necessarily in that order.
