@raquetdude the Netherlands with Wilders’ PVV is actually going to implement near free child care. And after decades of center left and center right coalitions, it has been their job to build houses, which hasn’t been done not nearly enough. The housing crises has part to do with environmental issues, which the left has prioritized. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the restrictions are self inflicted. Clearly, the anti-immigration parties are the least responsible for the housing crisis.

@uncipaws7643 it’s not solely the crime statistics, or cultural differences either what makes that there is a vote for controlling immigration. Aside from ideologies, inclusion (especially lhbt), women’s rights, freedom to leave a religion, family honor issues, it is also a difference in what trumps what: rule of law, freedom of speech and expression, or religious views on the other hand. So it’s not only about the problems in the bigger cities, it’s also a bigger issue than whether or not you bump into certain people or not.
