it being a tow truck should have tossed the claim about his car being stolen. car thieves don't tend to use tow trucks. he knew his car was being taken back by the rightful owners

@texasswade8453 the company would have sent multiple notices that the vehicle was going to be taken. the tow truck drivers take the vehicle at night because otherwise they will get attacked. the entire reason why the tow truck driver was doing it at 2 AM was to avoid being shot at.. cops do not come to protect the repo agents while they are doing their jobs.
