  2.  @pattisimmons67  i remember a friend saying he saw the practice of the japanese employing prisoners on fishing boats. if the ship had to be abandoned the chained prisoners would be left since there weren't enough lifeboats nor did the crew want to waste time undoing the restraints

  4. the police are no in way militarized. the police are in fact under equipped. The police in comparison to what the civ law abiding and criminal has makes the police be Barney Fife in terms of armament and equipment. there is no such thing as non lethal. less then lethal often is employed and doesn't work because drug addicts, mentally ill or just plain stupid don't respond to pepper spray (which is only useful for making burritos delicious), bean bag rounds or tazers.

  6. they aren't. the polls that last time said Trump would win against Billary are still saying he will against Biden. Several of the other indicators that have had a 95% or higher chance of picking the presidential winner and that said Trump in 2016 are saying Trump 2020.
