and why shouldn't our military train for martial law since that would be a function of the military under an emergency? the military can be asked to do law enforcement functions if the gov of the state or president agrees. an example would be to shoot on sight looters in a disaster decimated city.

even when all details are revealed you have the conspiracy nuts saying that the truth is a lie to hide the conspiracy. you cannot win with people whose entire mantra is constantly contradicted by their own conspiracies.
