  1. because for some reason a lot of Euros don't have mastercard or visa. Look up the vids YoungRippa59 did on paypal. he raised over 3.5 mill on preorders for his comic book and paypal froze the money citing stupid ass reasons. he didn't want to do paypal as a means of payment yet a lot of Euros begged for it because they wouldn't otherwise be able to pay since they had no mastercard or visa. look on euro webstores a lot of them are direct bank deposit or paypal not credit cards
