  8. nope. not possible to rely on people putting up 50k property collateral when a 25k loan is taking out. nor can 80% revenue be sent back to customers when 50% of revenue at least is going to pay taxes/fees, paying utilities etc. in fact 80% of revenue would likely go to operating costs with majority of remaining 20% going to cover defaulted loans and expanding the amount of loans that would be done.

  15. also profits and revenue are two different things. Profits is after revenue-minus expenses. Revenue is the money prior to expenses and hence before profit. There is no way 80% of the revenue was going to customers. A company can have billions in revenue but if its expenses are larger than it will not make profit. Companies with their first years are not expected to make profit no matter how large the revenue is

  51. 1. a crime syndicate would demand that collateral 2. a junk bond or south american currency speculator sees the chance to get a huge 300% potential profit in two days but doesn't have the currency on hand which has to be put in a few hours. due to the huge risk of failure the only way to get 100k in cash would be to put a 200k property as collateral. incredibly short term loan with a lot of risk can have over 100% collateral but it is rarely done due to the massive risk of default in such a short time
