  11.  RuFing Crazy  they have to show why they think their is criminal conduct. they aren't able to get the records to do a fishing expedition. they have to demonstrate cause to a judge. so far sdny has not done so. any judge would ask if he is under mandatory audit why would you think there would be any thing criminal in there that wouldn't be found and charged by the IRS?
