@Nick-q8k she wasn't charged nor seemed to be involved with dealing. Trump was likely referring to the charges of structuring with a down payment on a house scheduled to avoid the 10k reporting threshold.

@AraMinatut for crimes such as doing a down payment on a house under a certain dollar amount. a lot of people do that because they don't want to waste time filling out paperwork or don't even know it is technically a crime
