  8. the audit isn't fully through. basically less than one percent has been looked at and already billions of illegitimate payments have been found. so guess what will be found when the audit is complete with the treasury data. even an audit that barely looked at the social security data found over 6 million people listed as alive when the number of people that age worldwide was 35.
