  1. Israel enjoyed decades of facing only third world countries who could barely read and write. That was never going to last. All its neighbors now are developing countries, but still field significantly powerful militaries. By the time they become developed in the next decades Israel will no longer have its qualitative advantage anymore.

  2. They were always 2 generations ahead of their neighbors. Now they're 0.5 gens ahead at the best (stealth). Granted, the F35 is a massive leap forward but still untested in battle
