  2. South Africa condemned Oct 7 attacks when they happened and during the hearing before this. This court case is about SA accusing Israel of deliberately targeting civilians while hiding behind the "they're Hamas" excuse. SA is taking Israel to court over their actions against the Palestinians, not against Hamas.

  3. That's weird. USA always welcomes ICC rulings against Russia or Africa for a fraction of the offense when compared to Israel. Shows you the power of AIPAC I guess?
