  1. This round of conflict was started by Hamas. The attacks on the civilians is unforgivable. Yet Israel has committed - deliberately- x10 or x20 times worse crimes than Hamas ever did. However this entire conflict was started by Israel when they colonized the land, massacred the indigenous people, and then won wars and rewrote history to their advantage then treated their victims as savages. Israel established its colony in 1948. Hamas was founded in 1987 in response to the massacres and injustices against the Palestinian people. There's no Hamas in the West Bank. Yet 2021, 2022 and 2023 were the deadliest years on record for the Palestinians there. This has been ongoing for decades. This time however, everyone has cameras and Israel cant hide its crimes like the decades before.
