  1. Bernie's role seems to be to collect all disidents unsatisfied with the democratic party and telling them whatever they want to hear until the final election day is close. Then he tells them what they want to hear again and tells them to fall in line and vote for the democratic party anyway. This way, he never needs to deliver on his promises and minimizes democratic voter loss. Unless pain is felt on the polls, there will never be change. Not in responsible healthcare, not in affordable education, not in livable wages, and certainly not on Gaza and Palestine.
