  1. How can someone be so misinformed? Israel signed on to the genocide convention and is required to answer to the court. There's no veto there by anyone. SA displayed amazing moral courage in its substantive case. Israel in their blind arrogance - from decades of being funded, supported and shielded by the US no doubt - argued based on technicalities and procedures on why the case should be thrown out. Israel ignored the substance of a GENOCIDE ACCUSATION and FOCUSED ON THE TECHNICALITIES. The ICJ itself mocked Israeli's defense in its preliminary ruling.
