They said they're ruling on the substance of the case, not the technicalities or procedures. This was a huge slap in the face of the Israel legal team, who tried to cancel the case on technicalities and procedures. 3. They're quoting Israel own leaders as evidence. It shows the corruption of the country is systematic and deeply imbeded in their society. But the real takeaway? Israel has been lying so much this conflict and lying so much throughout its existence that the ICJ doesn't trust their word at all.
