The 1:1 ratio, if even true, is irrelevant. Most civilized nations don't boast about ending 15,000+ children mate. This isn't 1950s anymore. You can't whitewash history or try to rewrite. These are facts on the ground as witnessed by independent journalists.

@bryg3577 Your whole argument ignores that Israel is the original invader. Nazi Germany invaded in ww2 and paid the price. Imperial Japan invaded in ww2 and paid the price. Israel invaded and ethnically cleansed in 1947-1948. That led to the war in 1948. The difference between them and Nazi Germany is that Nazi Germany lost.

By your own logic, Israel started this conflict, and Humus wants to end it and get justice. The Holocaust and the persecutions were done by Europe, not Palestinians. Hamas is evil, I agree. But everything Hamas did, Israel, has done x30 times worse. October 7th claimed 1200 lives. Israel responded by group punishment and taking 15,000 children lives. And how many noninvolved innocents got caught in the middle? You defending a nation gladly in engaging in collective punishment of civilians and children is quite telling actually.

It relies on hasbara (lies) to sustain itself. Nothing based on lies (hasbara) can last forever. Look at the Apartheid in South Africa or the Soviet Union.

@bryg3577 I never claimed you were anything. You are getting offended over nothing. I said your arguments are sound only if you start off multiple false assumptions on Israel and its history. The more you ignore history and the hidden truths of the conflict, the more you side with Israel. That's because Israel depends on hasbara (lies) as a foundation for its existence. Germany doesn't hide from its past or rewrite history to make itself into a victim. Israel should learn from Germanys example.
