The people who remained are the descendants of those same Israelites. They became modern-day Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon. So they're the true owners of the land, not some guys from Europe.

  12. @brandonchan8255  Militarily? Definitely, it's expected. They're supported by the USA, and they have every advantage in the book. Their foes, on the other hand, are severely handicapped, sanctioned, and facing every disadvantage imaginable. If anything, the 3Hs are putting an unbelievably strong fight since Israel can't achieve a quick definitive victory despite its infinite advantages. Economicly and politically however, it's a different story. It's not sustainable economically unless the US taxpayers will cover the bill, and Israel's image has taken a severe impact. I liked Israel on October 6th. They had my sympathies on October 7th. Now I have nothing but hatred after the disgusting and inhumane actions I've seen them do. I'm not the only one, the whole world is waking up to their evil and lies.

They would trace their ancestry 3001, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000 or even 8000 years back which predates the kingdom of the Israelites.

Just like how Israel declared war on Hamas because of October 7th, the Arabs declared war on Israel because their troops did similar things. They don't call it the Nakba (Catastrophe) because Israelis came with cookies and milk while taking the land from the Palestinians.

Western media in those days tended to be heavily censored or wrongly report the Arab side to make the Israelis look as good as possible. Mainly because of racism. But just like how Israel declared war on Hamas because of October 7th, the Arab nations declared war on Israel because of 1947-1948. I would only recommend researching the 1948 Nakba or Catastrophe for the Palestinians.

The Nakba started from 1947-1948, before the Declaration of independence by Israel. It accelerated and got worse because of the war. After the UN gave the partition *recommendation*, Israeli forces began ethnically cleansing people from lands they wrongly thought they now legally owned. The Nakba started around that time.

Why did they have to invade and forcefully steal what they did not own? How was Palestine for the UN or the British to give away? The UN gave a recommendation on how to split the land, not a binding resolution. Even if it was binding, it would have no legal or moral right to give it away. How is the Holocaust, something done by Europe, the responsibility of the Palestinians? They were fighting off a foreign colonizing force, not an ethnic group or a religion. Stop trying to turn this into antisemitism. By your logic, if the UN votes to reverse its 1948 recommendation, would you comply with it today? And ancient home land? Seriously? The people who lived there before them still live today. So whoever lived there 3001 years would have more rights to live there than the Israelis, right? The Palestinians/Lebanese/Syrians DNA lineage traces back to all those years anyway. They're the rightful owners of the land as indigenous people.
