  6. That's true, many people don't realise walking does wonders for your body! We even walked from Shinjuku back to Akihabara one night when we missed our last train home! 😂

  7. Not all the food in Japan is that healthy but the Japanese eat in moderation and walk quite a bit which is why they're generally quite healthy. It's also really pleasant to walk as it's very safe!
