  1. Understandingly, teachers are overwhelmed (similar to health system), encountering much too many new things to deal with at the same time, and that makes them exhausted. Teams of experts must be organised and set up in parallel (offline schooling) for dealing with adjustments to the education system (planning, testing, tweaking). Otherwise, everybody will 'fall on the front' and everything will collapse.
