  4. (HumAid) If they need food, while they set up a functioning country, give them food! It's harder to carry weapons with a full stomach.

  5. (Sociology) It took occident ±2000 years to reach Human Rights ☮ (rule of law; humanist society). State your own limits, show the example (res; non verba), and give them time. Just keep Nato's dogs out of other people's Country and they will manage fine.
