  1. The conversation went off the rails when Zelensky's words were first misconstrued by Vance ... and then by Trump ... simply because the English language put Zelensky at a grievous disadvantage. Zelensky no doubt meant ... that if the Ukraine loses Democracy to Putin's Dictatorship ... that loss of freedom will reverberate to also one day be felt by those in the United States. Words are tricksters ... and taking the wrong meanings from words causes rifts that otherwise could be avoided. Example: In the ongoing fight for which party wins an election ... there shouldn't be any doubt that the word Democrat to a Republican is offensive ... and should be put down at every turn ... while the opposite meaning of the word democracy ... is ... dictatorship. Democracy means to be ruled by the people ... for the people ... while dictatorship means to be ruled by one man. Zelensky wants to preserve democracy in the Ukraine ... while Putin wants to dictate his rule of thumb to the Ukrainians ... and Trump is determined to rule over the Supreme Court Judges in the United States and replace their power with his personal power. There shouldn't be any doubt that Trump caught that BUG from Putin and Kim Jong Un ... but I suggest that Donald picked on the wrong country to manipulate ... because Americans fought far too hard to win their freedoms ... to be willing to give them up to Donald Trump ... while the Russians and North Koreans … don’t have any CHOICE Zelensky is fighting to protect that precious word Democracy ... while Trump is trying to join up with Putin and Kim Jong Un ... to destroy BOTH honorable words ... Democrat AND Republican ... and replace those words with that nasty egotistical word ... dictatorship.

Many people don't seem to realize that there isn't any such thing as "Congress" in the United States anymore ... because the Republicans that are supposed to be working for the good of the people ... are kept in bondage by Donald Trump ... who (as he did during his first Presidency) will FIRE any Republican that DARES to cross him. Donald probably talks to his deceased father in Christian heaven ... *who was the one that taught Donald to WIN AT ALL COSTS. And now Donald can safely say ... "Aren't you proud of me dad? I'll bet you never thought that I could be where I am today ... when MY words are the ONLY words that have any meaning concerning ALL laws of this land. It has been a difficult struggle … but I have arrived to be the very first D!ctator of this country … and I think I now deserve to have my servants put my own image on the flag ... don't you?"

There shouldn’t be any question that the pseudo republican Donald Trump is the very first … for lack of a better word … (President) to become a dictator … that breaks laws *at will … to in turn create new laws … as he personally pleases. But Donald has a very powerful enemy that WILL “take him down” … and that enemy is *old age” … and ultimately … “death.” When that occurs … as it will … if Trump happens to still be in the White House … Vance will become the new President … and just maybe … things will go back to the way they were … when all previous Presidents (whether Democrat or Republican) … had reverence for the words LAW … and … Constitution. Example … In his farewell address to the nation, the REAL Republic President Ronald Reagan emphasized the all-important words … “We must always remember that our strength lies in our respect for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and our determination to preserve it for our children and their children.” Hopefully there will never be another person in office as President of the United States … that even TRIES to become a dictator … as has … and DID … Donald Trump.

  4. Those who voted for Trump ... knew he was an angry manipulative man who searches for trouble ... and thought that his bullish comments and behavior were hilarious. You VOTED for him ... knowing he is a bully ... but you failed to realize that people that are bullied ... won't stand for it ... and strive ... day and night if necessary ... to find ways to make the bully suffer. It's just unfortunate that the citizens that didn't vote for Trump ... will also have to suffer the hardships that are "bound" to come next. And it's very unfortunate that his bullying reverberated out to other countries ... whose citizens will also have to suffer because Donald Trump ... once again ... bullied his way into the office ... (where previously REAL Republican Presidents held high honor ... for that word *Constitution.)

  6.  @mh2774  I suggest you keep in mind ... that the young man that shot Donald Trump in the ear (no-doubt meaning to assassinate him) ... was not a Democrat ... but rather he was a well-educated *registered Republican. There are many Republicans *in Parliament that are frightened of losing THEIR jobs ... if they dare offend Donald Trump ... because they remember that during his first presidency ... that he fired every Republican in office that annoyed him. It's not healthy for a country to have a man in office that has complete control over what used to be the Supreme Court System ... and ALL the citizens. As long as he stays in office ... the system of Democracy ... that was respected by all REAL Presidents ... will stay DIS-abled.

  7. Playing favorites is not a new HABIT for Presidents of the United States. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Joe Biden pardoned his own son … although the aftermath of that behavior on Joe’s part is not going to bode well for him … or for his son Hunter. Last time Donald Trump was President he issued 238 pardons and commutations between 2017 and 2021. These included a pardon of Charles Kushner, who is the father of Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner. Bill Clinton issued approximately 450 pardons and commutations between 1993 and 2001 (176 were issued on his final day in office). These included a pardon to his half-brother, Roger Clinton. Abraham Lincoln issued approximately 340 pardons and commutations during his 1861 to 1865 presidency. These included granting amnesty to his wife Mary’s half-sister, Emilie Todd Helm, whose Confederate general husband was killed in the Civil War. The moment Donald Trump becomes President again … he plans to pardon lots of people and that includes the renegades that Donald encouraged to attack the United States Capitol … that in turn … Donald vowed to protect when he first became the President. If we had the same power as do the Presidents of the United States, should we not be honest and just admit that we always have favorites that we would want to protect and to IMPRESS?
