When the law came down that there wasn't any smoking allowed in public places, one would have thought the world was going to end. Smokers were cursing the government for taking away freedom of choice. I was a smoker back then, and at first, I also was upset about the new ruling, but I finally understood the need to change the law. When seat belts became mandatory, again one would have thought the world was coming to an end, as people were screaming that the government was taking away freedom of choice. We don't always get our own way, and that is a good thing, because if we did, we would be the worst dictators ever. If the anti-vaccinators think they are treated in an unfair way, they should take their case right to the Supreme court of Canada if necessary and allow the Judges to make the decision. This is the way the system works. It does not work by blowing horns, blocking traffic and shouting, and neither should it work that way.

The term "vigilante justice" is oxymoronic. Vigilantes are not seeking justice. Vigilantes demand instant gratification. To seek any semblance of Justice, it must be done through the court system ... not by creating havoc in the streets, that in turn disrupts the lives of peace-seeking citizens, by turning their lives into a nightmare.

Please do not take away my freedom of speech by deleting this post. If, as parents, you had not vaccinated your children to prevent polio, or smallpox and those children had caught either disease, you would have been perceived as horrible parents. But because the Covid virus most often kills those who are old and in poor health, and even younger ones in poor health, you think you have a right to refuse being vaccinated and refusing to vaccinate your children. Shame on YOU. It was because everyone chose to cooperate in taking the polio and smallpox vaccines that those diseases became eradicated from planet earth.

Do any of you protesters ever consider that by refusing to take the vaccine, you are causing deaths ... which is, taking the ultimate freedom away from others that in turn die from the virus?
