The tragedy is that so many people don't realize that thought is often the prelude to action, and that when people, for instance, watch pornography that is based on rape and are rewarded with sexual gratification ... it might be only a matter of time before thought turns to action. And once the abduction of a child or an adult occurs, in desperation of not wanting to be caught, the perpetrator of the crime perceives that the only way to avoid prison, is that the child, or adult, must be killed. Before it became action ... it started with thought.
