So it was hardly surprising, that when he lost the Republican Caucuses in Iowa in February 2016, he said that Cruz cheated, and should be disqualified. After that, Ted Cruz became Donald's political sock puppet. He was afraid of what Donald would do next to ruin his career and his life.
