  1. Two hotheads threatening nuclear war are worse even then one hot head such as Putin threatening nuclear war. If the other countries don't call Putin's bluff, he will believe that he is invincible. And maybe right now ... he is invincible. Who wants to challenge him by using the "first" nuclear weapon against Russia? As citizens of the world, we are in sort of a checkmate position ... aren't we though? Does anybody have a good idea of how to handle Putin ... or is it all "just talk?"
