  1. The term should not be "political correctness." It should be "polite correctness." The word "political" makes the "government" the focus, and the supposed culprit of all the dissention, whereas the word "polite correctness,” puts the responsibility where it belongs, which is on each individual. I suggest that we should always be asking ourselves ... "Am I being polite," or, "am I a big part of the problem?"

  2.  @jeebus2118  If you expect people to be nice to you, by not calling you horrible names ... then you should expect to be nice to others, by not calling them horrible names. If your "moral" code is referring to others by derogatory slurs ... you are not being at all "nice."
