If a soul exists and leaves to go on a journey after the human material body dies … does the soul have free will to travel where it pleases … or is there a god in existence that tells the soul where it has to go? If you don’t ask questions of your religious indoctrination, you will never be ABLE to spot the lies … and THAT onus is on you … because you will teach your children the same foolhardy dogmas that were implanted in your brain as being literal truth from a supposed god. There isn’t anything scientific about religion. I suggest that it makes far more sense that in one form or another, the universe always existed … no creator … no plan … and that all forms of life suffer … because suffering is “natural.” We don’t believe that other animals have souls that travel after their bodies die, to either be rewarded, or punished … so I suggest that it’s time to let go of the archaic notion that humans have souls that travel after death to either be rewarded or punished. If you remove those archaic dogmas from your lives, you will remove the fear of your souls having to suffer in “the” supposed afterlife.
