@hellogtea lol If a god did exist, and it had an active conscience, it would put its self in hell, and set the devil free. After all, Lucifer did not ask to be created as a scapegoat for the wicked behavior of the malevolent, judge-mental god, that in turn would be the real source of all evil. Those mythical man created fantasies are lacking in any sort of common sense.

@hellogtea I always figured that if I had the power to create a universe, that suffering would not exist. I'm now embarrassed to admit that I ever believed any of those myths could be true. It took me 70 years to free my self from the idea that I was created by a god. For the last 12 years, (at 82 years of age, I have believed as did Stephen Hawking before he died, that the universe always existed, no creator involved. I now feel whole, just as I am.

@hellogtea I prefer to believe as did Stephen Hawking before he died, that the universe always existed ... no creator involved. It was a relief to believe that suffering in all forms of life is natural ... not put upon us by a malevolent, judge-mental god. That is what makes sense to me. I now feel whole, just as I am.

Having been totally confused by religious mental clutter for 70 years, and then leaving it behind as a waste of my valuable time that was left to live, I was fortunate to wake up before I died. So, for the last 12 years, I have felt whole, just as I am. Religion teaches that the best part of us is elsewhere in a high dimension of spirituality. Theologians need us to believe that nonsense, so that they can live the high material life, with all its advantages, while on earth. You deserve to get your selves back from those thieves. Been there, did that, and they will never be able to steal my self away from me again, because I am no longer that little child that was indoctrinated all those many years ago, before I knew any better.
