@nnyv0040 According to the U.N. charter on genuine refugees, the country closest to their home one withOUT any war or conflict zone, is the country that is supposed to grant them asylum. Coming across the ocean to the USA for 'asylum' is a violation of the U.N. charter (not to mention U.S. border law).

According to the U.N. charter, actual refugees are to seek asylum in the country nearest/adjacent to their war/conflict-torn home country where no such conflict exists...so why are they coming HERE all the way from AFRICA and VENEZUELA? @sarbantz If they're illegals they should be deported. If they are trying for 'refugee' status, then it's a violation of the U.N. charter for them to seek asylum across the ocean in the USA. The line has to be drawn somewhere, and any handout to illegal aliens is a spit in the face of lawful immigrants who played by the rules to get here and waited their turn.

It's a violation of the U.N. charter on genuine asylum seekers, if they are citizens of any country besides Mexico & Canada and come to the USA. Send 'em back.
