About time they stopped living in the past and grew up. Northern Ireland are not under occupation. They are a voluntary part of the Union and there is nowhere near enough wanting reunification. If you get it you're welcome to NI. To call it "occupation" just shows how ridiculous your politics are. Typical persecution complex. By the way, one half of my family is from NI if I were to go back 4 generations, but I'm not faking some sort of injustice about my life. @stiofain88 I'm not at all. I didn't say anything like that. I first responded to someone's claim that there was racism against the Irish to which I pointed out that the Irish are NOT a race. Everything else I have said is due to your unjustified claims about "souls" and that somehow you are better because you (arrogantly pretending to speak for all of Ireland) are adopting a particular point of view on this conflict, when you probably can't even point to it on a map or know what river or sea you are chanting about.

@eoincollins1883 Ireland isn't an ethnicity either. It's a nationality of MANY ethnicities. Just being Irish doesn't mean you share a culture with anyone else in Ireland. Culturally you could be completely different to your neighbour who is also Irish. As for "Free Palestine" do you think Israel or Palestine give a toss for your opinion? How much notice would you have taken for their tuppence worth when Ireland was having it's so called "troubles"? Neither side is interested in your view or your protest, so stop wasting your time.

It bears no relevance to today. My point about Israel/Gaza is that THEY don't care about your opinion and pointless marches and protests won't achieve a bloody thing. The ONLY think which moves this forward is Hamas, a terrorist group releasing hostages. Your crocodile tears achieve nothing. I don't support ANY side, I don't want any innocent people killed on either side, but ultimately I don't really care that much about infantile, religious conflicts. Don't say I'm heartless or lack compassion because where were these rent a mobs when Assad murdered 300,000 of his own Islamic people or China doing the same with their Islamic population.

Funny that in all the raving about Free Palestine, or "river to the sea" crap, I haven't heard one protestor ask for Hamas to surrender for the good of the Palestinians or for Israeli hostages to be freed, again though funny how this rent a mob is stone cold silent about Syrian, Yemeni or Chinese Muslims isnt it?

@mud6992 Reparations aren't inevitable, they are laughable. No one alive today owes anyone ANY money to people alive today for historical "wrongs". Do I get reparations from The Vikings or Romans? Does France, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands etc get reparations from Germany?
