@princealex3985 What do you want decisions over you don't already have devolved? You have police, education, health, Scottish law and tax raising to name a few. How well is that going? 42% income tax????? Also, you don't own ALL the oil and gas at all, and if you could be bothered to read what it contributes to the Exchequer you'd realise that it amounts to very little, it's one of the reasons that the SNP failed last time because they made such a laughable financial case.

@alexboitz8540 Ha ha, the old Norway trope. I live in Norway and there's a very good reason why the UK and Norway differ in wealth. I'll let you work it out why. By the way, your messiah Sturgeon has resigned. You can't walk away from your share of national debt, just like you can't walk away from a marriage Scot free. Also, Scotland has a budget deficit which is EIGHT times higher than the EU allows. It isn't ME who gets money from the UK government it's the Scottish GOVERNMENT that get money for each person.

@alexboitz8540 Incorrect. There are 70million people in UK, there are 5 million people in Norway. The Norwegian Oil find is only worth £160,000 per Norwegian, therefore you don't need to be a genius to work out how much this equates to in the UK. furthermore Norway has MORE oil and it is easier and cheaper to produce. Even if Scotland was independent BEFORE oil was discovered in the North Sea there is absolutely NOTHING to suggest they would have invested in a sovereign wealth fund like Norway and it is highly likely they would have just spent it on capital projects and to supplement the Exchequer as was done at the time by the UK government. Remember the SNP at that time were known as the Tartan Tories so there's no reason to think they would have set up any fund or a national energy company like Equinor.

@alexboitz8540 Public services like what? Edinburgh has the highest amount of pot holed roads in Europe . What public services are good and why would being in Europe make then better? It isn't just the 2% rise, it's a changing of the brackets at which you are liable to pay it. It would cost me 4k more a year and what exactly are the SNP doing with that? Free fucking bus passes for 23 year olds? Shit education, shit NHS, shit police, among the fattest people in Europe, lowest life expectancy, shit roads, awful public services. Why would Scotland be better off outside the UK when it receives more money from the UK than it generates in Tax. Exactly how do you want to finance that with no credit rating, no currency, no industries and no reason why the EU would want Scotland, that's before Scotland takes on its share of UK debt and still doesn't meet the criteria for joining EU.
