We aren't a Christian country z we are majority atheist. Being religious is embarrassing and unjustified.

No, Calvin is gullible and naive in his views on religion. Believing in God and believing the bible is a laughably unjustifiable position to hold

@MadManRob No, your definition is incorrect. Atheism is the non belief in a god. It doesn't mean an atheist KNOWS there is no god, or even claims there is no god, it is the NON BELIEF in a god. Everyone is agnostic in regards to god whether you are a believer or not because NO ONE KNOWS if there is a god or not. I'm an atheist, because I don't believe in god. This is because there is no evidence which supports a belief in god. Agnostic and atheist are NOT mutually exclusive, EVERY person is either an Agnostic Atheist or an Agnostic theist. The majority of people in the UK are agnostic AND atheist. On the subject of a god NO ONE can be gnostic, by default they are agnostic.

@MadManRob No, an atheist doesn't believe in a god, atheism doesn't say anything else about knowing or not knowing. By definition it is agnostic. I am neither young nor American. You CANNOT know that a god exists or doesn't exist. I don't believe a god, or god's have ever existed, but I don't KNOW that for absolute certain, just as I don't know for certain there isn't a Bigfoot.
