It can move through porous rocks, faults, fissures etc and be found in areas you wouldn't expect to find fossils. Honestly, to claim oil is not a fossil fuel is absolute fucking hilarious and shows you have zero knowledge or idea about oil, the oil kitchen, source rock, maturation, migration, reservoir, seals etc. Go and do some research before exposing yourself as a simpleton It is made of microscopic fossils, not large fossils that we dig up at or near the surface.
