Not a single wind farm is run by a Scottish company. Virtually no whisky is Scottish owned and Scotland has HALF the % of people who pay 40% or rather 42% in Scotland. Given how atrocious the running of education and health is in Scotland, under what basis do you think Scotland can flourish?

They are not part of government education remits. St Andrews University, currently ranked BEHIND Oxford and Cambridge IS NOT run by the SNP ( just as Oxford and Cambridge aren't run by Westminster) so why did you bring that up? Do you really think that the SNP is responsible for Universities and not just schools?

  22.  @ScottishRoss27  They are not run or funded by the SNP. Universities aren't subject to the whims of Scottish Governments. Their teaching curriculum are independent from government funding and as such Scottish Government cannot take any credit for University achievements.

Universities receive funding through student fees, research grants etc. The SNP doesn't tell them what to teach or how to be good at what they do. It doesn't influence courses. It's ironic you pick St Andrews University, which has the LOWEST proportion of Scottish students in ANY Scottish University.
