  2.  @rastendaimacky208  If something is incredibly common it ceases to become newsworthy. Do you not understand how media works? Rare events make the news, or news which affects everyone. No one really cares if some London deadbeat gangs are stabbing each other. It's not of general interest. It's the same for an illegal migrant boat sinking, it happens all the time so doesn't get reported as much as a more interesting story.
