  3.  @matthewdean7825  The "as a foreigner" is completely irrelevant. It has no bearing on whether the person in the audience can state what she did. To add "as a foreigner" is apropos of nothing and has no bearing upon the comment UNLESS they are referring to the audience person. If someone says to me " as a foreigner I don't think you should say that" I'll just say "it doesn't matter whether you're a foreigner or not, your opinion is irrelevant" For someone who claims to be a teacher, your post is littered with spelling errors.
