You clearly know NOTHING about such work. They are just doing a job, they don't have an emotional attachment and such people develop gallows humour to deal with unpleasant situations. Police and similar forces see things we hopefully will never have to. You develop a strong stomach for the ghastly and horrible.

@scottw.3258 You have no idea what her parents know or not. That's just tin foil hat stuff
11
Why shouldn't they be laughing? They're doing a job, they don't have to act a certain way. You should attend a serious accident and see how police and ambulance have gallows humour to deal with bleak occasions.

@Dog.soldier1950 Yes, the kid was on an FBI watch list. It was illegal to give him a rifle on the basis of his behaviour warranting his place on watchlist. Try actually researching.

@memebump7612 9000 products are made from oil. What are you going to replace them with? You wouldn't last five minutes without oil.
5
@scottw.3258 Yes I do remember, I just don't go among with claims that are unsubstantiated. Where is this "evidence" of their involvement? It's just made up and isn't actually factual. You've heard it mentioned somewhere, but it hasn't been presented as evidence anywhere. If you are so confidence of this "evidence" where is it other than in really crap sources? Got any credible sources which actually back up such a claim? What possible motivation have they got for it? Why would blood in the car prove they did it anyway? It just means there was blood in the car. Could be there for many reasons. Have you never had a nosebleed for instance, cut yourself or left a blood stained handkerchief somewhere? Doesn't mean you were murdered does it?

@GeensQuambit Do you realise how much energy it uses to get hydrogen?
3
President_Pooh_Bear_Xi How did she get from Sweden to Brussels? Furthermore, there is no evidence that an electric train is powered by renewable energy.

Because of the alternative
1
@voicecommunities4810 How about Labour take some blame for not providing a credible opposition?
1
What?
1
Oil is great.
1
You have ZERO evidence
1
@qazz6209 No there is not, there is conjecture and there is hypothesis and there is conspiracy theories but it is not backed up by any evidence whatsoever.
1
@mmyehokayyy2 Of you don't want to use oil, why do you? Imagine if a morbidly obese person tried to tell you to go on a diet, would you pay attention to them, or think they were a hypocrite?
1
@00pugsly48 No, you're engaging in Maeie Antoinette. The supply of oil and gas is driven by the demand by consumers. If consumers use LESS oil, less oil and gas is produced. You can't co plain about oil and gas when you drive it's supply. We will need oil and gas for decades yet.

Wonder how she got to London.

@Dusty3030 The English didn't vote in Truss or Sunak. Conservative members did, just as SNP idiots voted in this moron.
1
@harrylloyd6955 10m? Is that all you think?
1
@tracyjacob7091 Lie detectors aren't remotely reliable. Jesus, you lot are morons.
1
@lee-fb1ti They didn't break any laws, that's why.
1
@Nomikhanz Thousands of kids are not killed every week in Palestine.
1
@laurielovett8849 You have NO EVIDENCE for any of that.
1
@emmyclark2314 You mean there is a rumour.
1
You can do that in every western democratic country actually.
1
Protesting is just a hobby to some it seems. Have they got nothing better to do.
1
@memebump7612 The time it takes to transition is necessarily longer than these idiots want. Even the most optimistic of scientists still think oil will be at least 20% of our energy by 2050. It is miles off, and then there are thousands of oil based products you depend on with no real alternative.
1
@GeensQuambit Hydrogen is indeed abundant, but go and do some research about how you get it to a form when it can be used.
1
@PercivalBlakeney Yeah, getting an avocado sent over from South America is really environmentally friendly, not to mention how much water is used to produce them.
1
@lukehenderson5097 Ha ha ha. What are you going to tarmac roads with, make tyres out of, insulate electrical wires with, how are you going to smelt steel and aluminium, what are you going to make plastic out of, carbon fibre, lubricants? There's 8 billion people on the planet and you suggest turning over farmland to grow Bamboo? Ha ha ha. The naivety of the climate zealot is incredible.
1
@PercivalBlakeney Why do people like you never talk about the carbon footprint of the fashion/garment/clothes industry ? It's 10% of global Co2, that's 5x more than air travel, yet only one is ever demonised. By the way, you could replace EVERY car in Europe with an electric car and you'd save the planet 0.5% Co2, effectively nothing, so focus more on things that matter.

The language is English, from.......England, and you can't even spell.

What's it got to do with Westminster? It's a Scottish issue, devolved to Scotland. The Scottish government controls NHS, healthcare, education and raises it's own tax. This isn't a Westminster issue, it's a Scottish government issue.
