I think if you can't afford it then don't buy one. These are largely handbuilt cars.

@fredmiami8164 You didn't make a point, you just said no car should ever be over 150k which isn't a point it's a silly suggestion,and is frankly a ridiculous claim considering many cost more than that to make. You want car makers to make a loss on cars? You didn't even say why they should be limited to 150k or what currency that is in. 150k in my country is about £12000 Why should a car be limited to 150k and where did you get that number from?

@fredmiami8164 Houses can be very expensive, shall we put a limit on them too? You're only thinking of raw material. You aren't thinking of design, tooling, testing, components, r and d, test crashing, software, engineer training, contracts, recruitment, factories, storage, shipping, dealerships, servicing, spare parts, marketing, and a billion other things. Also, part of the price is to ensure exclusivity, and by the way, when the Bugatti Veyron came out it was sold at a loss. Also, even if they brought the price down to 150k that would be an expensive ornament because you couldn't afford to run it. Servicing, insurance tyres, petrol, tax, etc will cost you thousands a year.

@fredmiami8164 You need to stop this "woe is me" nonsense. There are affordable cars and affordable houses. If you can't afford a Bentley or a posh house, tough shit, but the world doesn't need to bring prices down just to suit your budget. I can't afford a Bentley or an Aston either, but I don't worry about it, because there are plenty cars and houses that do fall into my bracket. There's billions of people who can't afford the things you and I have, doesn't mean we should bring down prices to the point where they can afford it. Have you never heard of supply and demand? It's market forces. Your politics of envy is laughable and embarassing.
