@pip393 It's nothing to do with geographical facts. It's an expression that means you will believe anything you hear, and even better if New Jersey has no swampland because it means you are buying something that doesn't exist. Expressions are figurative, not literal

No one complains about the 100's of charities that exist. Why are foodbanks unacceptable but cancer, heart, guide dogs, lifeboats, Great Ormond Street, Oxfam charities etc are all ok?

@dessy76 I just don't see it as a very aspirational country. If you listed the countries in Europe that you wanted to live in, can you honestly say NI would rank highly? I don't think many would.

@dessy76 I'd rather live in England, Wales or Scotland for sure. What is your view of NI? What makes you so keen to defend it? PS, I didn't say it WAS the least aspirational, I said it "must be about" meaning it ranks close to the bottom, if not at the bottom .
