  5.  @dessy76  I'd rather live in England, Wales or Scotland for sure. What is your view of NI? What makes you so keen to defend it? PS, I didn't say it WAS the least aspirational, I said it "must be about" meaning it ranks close to the bottom, if not at the bottom .
